Bug? Missing Soothing Light from bar

I'm missing Soothing Light from my action bar and I cannot drag it back down. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? I opened a ticket but nobody answered. :(

    I got the same problem! after respec! no answer from support, wtf?

    can anyone help us? is not fun to play a broken character :mad:

    You guys, soothing and punishing light are only active in Divinity mode! They automatically show up when you hit the tab key. You cannot slot them like you would with other abilities.

    we know that -.- the bug is, the skill are broken after respec we cant see it.. and we can drop in the hotbar.... watch the picture :s he is in divine mode...

    Same problem here and it doesn't show up when you activate Divinity mode. Soothing Light is still there but Punishing Light is blacked out on tray. Made a ticket about it and same, no response.

    If you respec your feats it will fix itself, You can also do another full respec but make sure you manually place lance and astral back in your at will slots before you spend 10 power pts, this usually prevents the bug from recurring.

    Well at least I'm not the only one then, I thought I'd done something wrong, turns out it's just broken. Submitted a ticket 5+ hours ago and no response yet, those who created one before me, check your email address you used to join with and make sure if you have a response it's not in a spam folder and let us know what was said.

    at 600 zen for a respec they can bloody well give us a free token

    I dont disagree. I was just informing on how to fix it for now. Also if you dont want to wait for a fix and dont want to pay for a full respec, feat respecs are usually around 100-150k AD which is slightly cheaper than the 600 zen. (tho given current exchange rates not much cheaper)

    True, it is still quite a cost, in all honestly I think they need to rethink how and what they charge for a respec and in the meantime award everyone one free respec token as a thanks and understanding whilst things are....broken.

    Had this problem as well awhile ago put in two tickets and made a forum post response I got was to check the wiki and forums, eventually gave up waiting on there failed customer support and bought the respec token to fix it.

    They need to fix the way it works you can drag skills off the bars in divinity mode but except for the encounter skills the at will skills can not be put back on the bar
