Is the BloodHunt and tempest magic bugged finally fix? The part wher it doesnt stack

    There was a PW dev response in another thread (I believe the bug compilation one) where it was explained that it only works for certain skills, just as the AoE talents only affect specific skills.

    Edit: Found it in the bug compilation thread. Page 5, Post #45. They identify it does work, but only for specific spells. Which spells it works for was not specified in the post.
