Can Skirmishes Overlap, Please?

I don't know how many times I have had a daily skirmish quest, finished one of two skirmishes (let's say "Straight to Helm"), only to level up before I can enter the second skirmish and find that I have now outlevelled "Straight to Helm" and won't be able to finish my Daily Skirmish. Instead I have to take a new Daily Skirmish quest, only to have the same thing happen again a few levels later.

Can we have skirmishes overlap a few levels so that this doesn't happen?

Why are skirmishes level-bound at all to begin with? It only makes it harder to team with friends when our level spread is about 10 levels.

or at the LEAST, if a mission is granted to do 2 THINGS, allow us to que both, and STAY IN QUE, as we do the first one. that way if we are already leveld durring first we can do 2nd,

I also have dropped at least a dozen missions because it wanted me to que another this or that, but I was level caped out of it already. (I have 9 chars)

I've had 2 daily skirmish quests become invalid thanks to this. One was just for the single skirm so I eventually dropped it as the quest tracker kept insisting I should go hand it in.

The second was for 3 skirms which take long enough as it is but not to be able to hand in the quest after is a real kick in the nads as that stupid timetable thing tends to work against when I can play. I always seems to be online when it's either profs or that pvp thing thats not released yet.

Current system actually forces you to either skip the instances and skirmishes due to out levelling them or to sit around in protectors square for hours waiting for a group to form or be found.

Yes please. Or make the daily be changed to level appropriate instead of specific skirmishes/dungeons.

Doesn't it do this already? I've had the do 2 skirmishes, and leveled into a new bracket without losing the old ones. Skirmishes aren't specific. The dungeon ones are specific and if you out level it becomes an issue, but the skirmish and the PvP ones are generic as far as I've seen up until 42.

My skirmish daily specifically says 'Complete the Encroaching Storm Skirmish 3 times'.

I completely agree with this request. I have only been able to play about half of the skirmishes and dungeons before outleveling them. I would ask that PW either:
    1) designs skirmishes and dungeons with a greater range of level overlapping or
    2) allow them to be run in level (prior to getting the quest) but that a character gets a flag set to be able to take credit for running the skirmish or dungeon when the quest comes up.

agreed. this happens a lot. I hate dropping a daily because I grew out of it in a hour waiting for que. hating droping daily quests for a reason such as this

Yes please, I've completely missed a few Skirmishes and feel like I being "denied" access to main game content

Its as bad for the Dungeons . Its a pain in the neck to have to waste pots getting to the end of a region (yet again) and then wait to find others in the same boat instead of being able to queue.
Would it be possible to allow an out leveled dungeon to show up in the queue once the Dungeon quest has been received as part of the main plot line?

This has me wanting to quit days after I started. It's utterly ridiculous. Either fix this or make the game harder leveling-wise (would be nice to have an actual challenge) so that I can't go from 1-40 in 3 days.

    whole skirmish system is horribad.

what's with the mid-50s one, "Take the Bridge"? completely unpossible for a random PUG using non twinked out gear with 1,000,000 AD enchants. 15 mins? my @ss.. tried it on my cleric, both times took us more than 15 mins just to clear to the end boss, then multiple wipes and fails on the boss. probably an hour for the 2 sucesses. then on the 3rd try it was taking so long I had to bail. whoops, I levelled up too far and now stuck on 2/3 complete. just awful system.

There was already a discussion earlier. They really need to slow down leveling and allow to do skirmishes from a door (like dungeon delves) or make epic skirmishes.

I have the same issue. I literally have to stop doing anything else...dungeons..pvp...quests...anything that will give me XP because it takes so long to get into a group for a skirmish that I can go up 3 levels in the time it takes to join!

Also, once I finally DO get into a skirmish, the lag is so bad (only in high intensity environments like battles, etc) that I may as well just stand in the fire and pretend to do something useful. As a healer, this is incredibly annoying and my inability to heal the other players due to the '5-second jump' frames does not improve their opinion of me either.

As it is, I just avoid all group play right now because of the lag/rubberbanding and because it takes so effing long to even get into a group.

Did that in a non-twinked pub with 4 people after a disconnect. Did took longer than 15 mins though - that estimate is a joke......

    I agree with OP.
There is nothing more frustrating than being at 2/3 skirmishes for the daily, waiting around (and waiting and waiting and waiting...) for that last one to queue, saying to yourself "oh I'll just do a little crafting" and BAM! now your too high of a level and you have you have to start over at 0/3 again.

The frustration level with this is especially bad when it's 2x rough diamond day. Nearly threw the comp out the window.

I know PWE is trying to encourage people to play and spend real $, but how about just make it be one a day like it was at the earlier levels? What's the point of doing it 3x anyways?
    This should be addressed.

This is really grating on my nerves. Even if you watch closely your experience and try not to level, praying at an altar or campfire can make you level. It's just ridiculous.

I also hope they reduce leveling rate. They made content, don't they want the players to actually enjoy it?
