Dialogue skill checks

Hello all! First, let me apologize if this has been answered before (i searched and could not find anything relevant).

I thought there was a way to add skill checks to dialogues, but I do not see that option when creating my dialogues. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

    It's under required item. Choose the Skills tab.
