Dungeon Queue's Not Assigning Tanks/Healers

As the topic says. I've queued for the epic mad dragon's lair 4 times in the last 45 minutes. Each group I landed in had no tank, and 3 of them had no healer. I'm giving up on queues for now, I'm gonna go level an alt or something. Please fix this.

    What is even worse is the systems lack of a requeuing mechanism when people leave.

    You can stand there for hours infront of the last boss and then stop because nobody joins.
