one treasure chest?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is it correct that the only loot we can manually add to our quests is the final chest? The reason I ask is I somehow wound up with two treasure chests on my map. I don't know how. I'm not sure if they were both there when I started. One is called just "Treasure Chest" and the other is called "Super Treasure Chest".

    The final loot chest is called "Treasure Chest", the other chest is just a detail object which is called "Super Treasure". I has not loot, other than any quest item you may have it drop.
