What If

This game followed the standard $15 a month, $60 to buy format and took out every single aspect/debate of p2w?

Make the ONLY thing that could be bought with real money be aesthetic, purely aesthetic.
-Weapon skins.
-Armor skin sets.
-Mount Armor.

Literally just anything you can imagine that could be altered in a aesthetic way, let that be where you spend your money if you wanted to.

I would love to see the communities input/thoughts on this idea.

the answer on this is easy from a business point of view.

There is more money to be made with the curernt formula then with your suggestion. In order to get the 60 bucks to sell the game , they will have needed longer development time to include more stuff. In its current format it is not worth 60 bucks , well not to me anyways.

Hell look at all the games that had monthly fees and converted into free to play with cash shop. They get more revenue like that. Mind you these games are created for the rich countries in the world where 60 bucks is not 1/4th of your monthly salary.

I do see your point and I also knew that from a business stand point that doing this "cash shop" thing is how all the companies are doing things these days but I hope it doesn't drive people away from genuine good game-play.

I'm loving the game and how it all feels while playing. It's smooth, and looks great...just hope it does not die due to certain aspects of the way it's all designed to work with the "cash shop".
