Invigorated healing

So I was wondering how invigorated healing works. debating taking this or power of life. Does invograted healing heals once after 6 seconds, or it also heals during the countdown? Even at level 5, 2.5% of max hp seems pretty low, but at the same time it might make me rethink about using sun burst instead of healing word.

    • Invigorated Healing heals one time, at the end of a 6 seconds; it does not heal at all until the end.
    • It appears as a buff in your bar, matching the Feat icon.
    • If you cast multiple spells that have the effect, each will apply an instance of the effect and a counter will appear in the buff bar icon.
    • Each instance of the effect maintains its own timer; each instance will expire and heal individually.
    • The heal does not suffer from interaction with the Righteousness mechanic; it heals 2.5% of your life, just like it does to other targets.
