Recommended items

This game heavily skews in favor for blue items over green ones even when it's almost 20 levels below. You can see the stats and I don't think it's right at all that a level 20 blue item could be better then a level 34 green item.

Am I missing something or is the recommended item not working right?

    Been asking myself the same thing. I think you would be better off looking at how it affects your stats and what stats you want/need rather than what the game says for now

    That's what I am doing now because I started to feel the recommended items was wrong. Right now I was even comparing a 38 blue orb to a 40 green orb and even then I thought the higher level one was slightly better.

    This probably only matters at low levels and not much even at that, but if they have this feature then I'm just saying I think it's broken.

    As far as I've understood it, the recommended item is simply the one with a higher sell value.

    I think its the one with the most positive effect after equipped. try to look for higher level than yourself recommended gears, I just dinged 50 and most of mine are actually level 50s I picked up at 48, 49 etc

    That's exactly the truth.

    The 'recommended' system is completely broken and is 100% based on the value of the item sold to the vendor. PERIOD.

    Yeah, I was wondering about that this morning, but decided it was far simpler to ignore it in most cases.
    Reading comprehension is essential in a medium that requires reading for communication.
