feats decision

Hello everyone ;-)

I am level 56 cw with 7 feat points saved 'cause I can't decide on final feats. I went renegade path and there are
21 points that I am very happy with. For remaining 10 points I am not sure so any help will be highly appreciated. Just to note, I am mainly PvP oriented but plan to do some PvE as well.

Here is what I am struggling with:

Oppressor - both following feat pretty useless in PvE I think but again PvP is what I am mainly interested in

Severe Reaction - is it good against melee and is 15% chance to proc good enough? And with that, is there a way
to see distance between you and enemy? How far are those 5ft. :-)

Brick Transport - speed increase after dodge should be nice and 3sec seems solid duration but is 10% increase noticeable/helpful?

Tempest Magic - don't have any specific questions since description is pretty clear, looks like solid feat

Snap Freeze - sounds awesome, 20% damage increase on non Chill affected targets. Problem here is that
only cold spell I use in PVP is Chill Strike and its not in TAB so its like 20% damage boost on one single target skill every 10sec or so. Since Chill Strike adds chill effect maybe this even doesn't work on that spell I am not sure so help please :-)


So main thing here is how good are those 2 survivability feats in Oppressor and are they worth taking sine I am leaning slightly towards them. I like more to do a bit less damage, survive then shoot again, than dish out bigger numbers then get killed. But if those 2 featst are disappointing, then its damage all the way...

    Severe Reaction - How far are those 5ft.
    Almost within melee distance, the stamina however is good.
    Brick Transport
    Never used, no idea, sorry.
    Tempest Magic
    Mandatory, unless you are a tiefling (not cumulable with the tiefling racial)
    Snap Freeze
    Avoid, it's bad for your build, also it has problems with Chill Strike (don't works always due to the chill stack)

    I believe Snap Freeze works on Ice Knife.
