The rogue in our group ended up soloing the last boss in gray wolf. He was the only one alive and took it down from 60% all by himself. I think it was the stealth that allowed him to do it, but I'm not familiar with that class yet.
I was glad we got it over with since we wiped twice already, but is this a possible concern for devs?

Sounds like a super heavy stealth build, which means his damage sucked.

damage is a factor of survival, it doesn't help that you can do immense amounts for a few seconds if you then spend the rest of the fight at the campfire watching other people take the boss down.
i don't see it as much of a concern from TR point of view, it does suck for the classes that are actually meant to take the front lines (GWF and GF)

I have also been in a great (believe it was the same boss in fact) solo the last 15% by himself also. Guess this only goes to show that a full drop of TR should be able to take down nearly any boss target then. Sad day for the rest of us that didn't roll flavor of the week.

Are you really complaining about a lvl 30ish dungeon.
Those dungeons are so easy its soloable by almost any class that has better gear than greens if played correctly.
They are starter dungeons.

judging by his second comment, he was talking about the epic version.
and it was stealth that let him do it. unlike most other MMOs, stealth doesn't reset mobs. they just stand there and take it.

Its standard strategy at almost all Bosses in game. Rogue solo burst boss to death, while all rest party members including tank do their part of job with minions. Rogue class design to make top solo damage in game and have mechanics to survive. It required to use your brain and not just push some 1 button, how all think about. Its hard work - dodge, run, help team with some encounter, return to boss to do some dmg and again, and again to the boss death or party wipe from minions, if they not so skilled in surviving or don't work as team.
Aseph-ah-balla nah.

He's definitely talking about low level dungeons. 500k damage is about right for that level, and the fact that he even mentions same level bosses tells me he is no where near cap.
Playing a rogue here. It's actually easier for a rogue to kill a boss when he is alone. That way, he can always stay in stealth without any of the mobs doing their aoes. I usually focus on the boss, only killing the adds when there are too many.

Actually it was the regular lower level version, but I doubt it's easy for any other class. That rogue didn't even take any damage at all and just had to make sure not to get hit by the boss attack. The stealth let him essentially avoid all the adds because they weren't attacking him. I'm certain it will still take a bunch of potions for any other class.

Huh? You don't need to be super stealthy survival build when you have teammates. In this instance it came in handy, 99% of the time the pure DPS rogue will pull more weight by a significant margin.

He was taking chunks out every time he engaged the boss. His damage was like 500K+ I think.
Anyways the fact that it's even possible to solo an equal level boss seems questionable.
