Armors with capes/cloak!?

Hello, I'm still leveling up and recently made a startling discovery about my character. I had a cape/cloak and now I do not. Since I could not find any equipment slots for cloaks does that mean some chest armors simply have cloak designs built into them? Can anyone provide any insight on this?

I like to stack gear in my bags and identify them all at once and equip the upgrades all at once rather than throwing it on when I find a new piece. This is reason why I couldn't figure out what piece of my equipment was providing the aesthetic for the cape.

    Some neck items are cloaks, or give you a small cloak.
