Accessing new classes in the future

Hello All! I wanted to pose a question to both devs, and to the community on this topic.
I wanted to know foremost, can we get any ideas or a bit of a discussion on how we will access new classes? Will we buy them with Zen? Or perhaps with Astral Diamonds? Dare I suggest some of them be free gifts to the community?

What would everyone like to see that is both fair and reasonable?

    New classes SHOULD be free, end of story. They charge enough as it is for just about everything else in the game already.

    I thought they would be free before playing neverwinter, after playing I'd be surprised if they charged less than $40 per class.

    Three months later, SOMEONE in this game is going to have a tab of like $2000 from all the overpriced garbage they shove in our faces.

    Yeah, they are charging $6 to re-spec your character, can't wait to see the exorbitant price they will put on new classes lol

    Cryptic already said that THEY WILL NEVER CHARGE FOR NEW CLASSES. NEVER! Races on the other hand...

    Ive already spent 70$ so I refuse to pay for a basic game addition.

    They lost that hen they choose tot hrow the sub out of the window.

    They should not need to charge for new classes, Crytpic will be making money on all the new character slots people buy so they can play these new classes without deleting existing characters. We should not be double charge for new classes. If we are I see a lot of GWF getting deleted so people can play new cooler and better classes.

    You do realize that you can create new game accounts for free, right? Thats why i would never spend $ on the character slots.

    That is all well and good though if a player has a mount or any other account unlock, this is pointless.

    As to the topic at hand, I would put the chance of them charging for a new class at about 25% and the chance of them charging for a new race at about 85% (not 100% because some of the lesser popular races may be added for free but the more popular would be priced).

    more classes means you will want to play and try more which means it is likely that you spend more...so cryptic wants a lot of classes and wants them to be free...i do think tough that if new races come they will either cost or be like - buy it now for 20 bucks or play it in 3 months for free or something...or maybe 2 versions of the race as with the drow.

    They said they weren't going to charge for classes in the MMORPG.com live stream a few months ago when they did the press event.
