I use Great Weapon Fighter, and the Cleric Disciple companion I switched to has been saving me tons of money in regards to potions. Pretty much all classes seem to do well solo. It's just the really tough dungeons like Orc Tower at 16+ that you'll wanna join a group for. Welcome and hope you enjoy as much as I have!

I'm a 22 cleric and have been having a blast. I've got 200 lesser heal potions saved because I never use any aside from when I solo ran Cloak Tower dungeon twice. My companion's a wayward wizard since he does aoe and I can heal him if he gets hurt. I've actually started selling heal potions to npcs to make mount money. We're not the mace touting melee clerics you're use to, we're the "ranged" type that kites, spam heals self, and does aoe damage.

    - I've yet to get another class past lvl 9 though, so very limited experience.

I've soloed a CW in 5 days of semi-frequent playing. Only issues were with 58-60 with one of the quests, but I just skipped it and continued.

Soloing works well and if you don't mind just random pickup groups go ahead and join the skirmish and dungeon ques for your level and run them once. they are fairly fast and generally worth doing.
