Purchasing Zen

Anyone mind helping me out? I get to the zen finalization checkout screen and put all of my info in correctly, but when I hit finish and pay it won't let me continue to successful or anything of the sort.

    Unfortunately without giving us information you really really shouldn't give us no one on the forums is likely to be able to help. This I'm afraid is something you'll have to ask Perfect Worlds customer service about.
