After 10/05 Patch issue, client just crash

Well I patched last night... wait the out and a half, enter the game again without issues
this morning the game simply does not start and crash, i debugged the problem using visual studio and here is what i got
i deleted my old installation and installed it again

    From observing you're error. Before just realising it's a bug. You can learn alot from a single error.
    Just reading through it, now some people don't have the patience to do this. So yeah I can't blame you.. :3

    Anyway, here is what may be the problems:

    1) The Update installed incorrectly. This may result into a [Redownload on the client] Or deleting the update from you're "Program Files" or where ever you set the directory for Neverwinter.

    2) Have you tried opening and closing? - This may fix it [Sort of]...

    3) It seems that Windows 32 is having problems running the game. If not it may just be saying that you have problem with some of the recommended system requirements.

    the update worked fine last night after the patch and this morning just didn't work
    i removed the game 3 times also installed it as administrator and execute it with admin privileges
    this is windows 8 64
    the Virtual machine was windows 7 64

    any clue?

    I'm using Windows 7 and while the game launches I'm getting Servers unavailable, even though the Server Light is green saying they are up.

    good and installed and downloaded the game and the patch and when logging and starts loading the game I have is loading and after a while I get this error ID 14866681 can help me thanks

    I have managed to fix the problem of the launcher not opening due a a missing .dll file after patching. I uninstalled the game and rid my PC of all traces and started from scratch. Do not try re-install from the original files you downloaded delete those and download from the web site again and re-install from your new download. The game will do all the patches again which took a few hours but it was worth the long wait when you can finally open the game again.
