Here's your compensation: Emergency Maintenance on a full saturday. Est downtime - Right after the next dungon delve ends.

Compensation of what? Money? This is a free to play game.

That's asking for a bit much. How about just a free injury?

Free injury kit isn't unreasonable, or a couple min server roll back? I wonder what sort of time frame we're looking at before we're out of the beta cavern.

Are you really looking for a handout because of an unexpected downtime on a game that's still currently in Beta? How entitled are gamer kids these days?

I think the compensation he's asking for is that they reschedule/restart the delve when the severs come up - it's not a massive amount to ask considering delves are one of the highlights of PvE.

What a joke. Compensation for a free game. And if you mean loot from your dungeon . . . so you have to repeat 15 lousy minutes to get back to where you were when the server crashed :)

An Injury Kit would be nice. Server crash during dungeon delves will leave some bruises.

I don't think OP was serious - but if I was a 'Hero of the North', I'd be pursuing all potential avenues for compensation/refund.

Whether or not playing the game is free is irrelevant. People have paid money for services in the game, which if you didn't know, cannot be used when the servers are down. Whether it's beta or released - people have spent money on this and deserve accountability.

A natural compensation would be adding an additional Dungeon Delves event.
