How do you change the skybox?

OK so I want to start off by taking an existing map and just changing a few things... i.e. make it night time.. add some effects etc. I spent about 10 minutes going through all the effects, did a search for sky and yet I didn't find anything about changing to a new skybox....where is it? Any help appreciated.. so far the outlook doesn't look good for me making dungeons..

    Should be in edit backdrop at the top.
