Auction House Steals Items/AD

Saving up 7 celestial coins, getting a coffer of wondrous augmentation, finding a coalescent ward I was ecstatic!

Put that baby up for 136,000 AD, which is seven times the total AD I have. Finally a chance to respec!!!


Or so I thought.... Hours later

I check my consignments and see the ward is sold.

Checking my mail.... I see nothing, NO MAIL, NO AD, NO WARD!

Double checking to see the current ward prices... lowest buyout 146,000... WHAT?


NO coalescent ward NO Astral diamonds = sad face

    Sorry mate this is neither or a bug nor a theft, this is some one undercutting you to get the ad simple as that you were to greedy :) learn how to use the auction house for example monitor the prices for a few days rather rthan rush into any thing.
    here I'll bullet point it for you.

    1. Monitor auction house prices for a minimum of a week
    2. find a common price ( going rate ) for an Item(s)
    3. Wait till the correct day ( typically friday,saturday,sunday at peak time )
    3. This list goes on but I see no reason to give you all the secrets what I've posted here is simply common sense, I hope this helps you out at least a little bit!

    So when someone undercuts me I don't get my coalescent ward nor the AD from selling it?

    Sorry, are you saying that if you list an item on the AH, and nobody buys it, you don't get it back? It's just gone??

    this is what happens if you try to lower the prices in AH

    If the auction you put up expired without a sale, you should get a message saying so with the item attached (you should only lose the posting fee). If the item was sold, you should get a message confirming the sale with the amount of AD and the buyer's name. If you have received neither, then it's a bug - open a ticket.

    Yes, the item is just gone.

    I put it up for 24 hours and within 3 hours its nowhere to be seen, its gone.

    The item is no longer listed on the auction house nor did I receive a mail saying it was sold.

    This may not effect you. But whenever I open up my mail and delete one of my messages, all of my mails duplicate, so I get 2 of each. One is a ghost copy, and the other is the original with the item, but both are linked with the same ID, so if I delete one the other vanishes too. If I am not careful and I delete the ghost (that appears to have no item attached) the other mail with the Item is deleted too. This may be a bug unique to me.
