So are the PvE queues broken?

I've got a party of 3 queued up for the last 30 minutes for the level 30 dungeon and skirmish and NOTHING has popped up. Even in the middle of the Dungeon Delves! This is kind of stupid, any reason why we should be sitting around with our thumbs up our rears for so long?

    hey dont feel bad it happens to me all the time one night for a dungeon i waited 90 ****ing mins and the sad thing is halfway through a HAMSTER decided to leave :( had to wait another 2 hours before got into another dungeon i really hope they rework there queue system otherwise in the long run i wont be sticking around
