Girlfriend can't create an account

She fills in all the fields but keeps getting errors on email not matching and the user name / account name being wrong.

We tried all different ways, it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    Change girlfriends, try to find one that's can create an account?

    Where can i download a new one? I got this one from apple and i hate iTunes so i can't upgrade it.

    OK one thing I noticed when my friend had this problem. I told her to sign in using her account name NOT her e-mail address because that is how I log in. It never worked. Finally she tried using her e-mail address and that worked. So are you trying with the e-mail or the account name?

    It's not that she can't log in to an existing account, it's the fact that she can't even create a NEW account.

    We need her to create an account so she can log in and play the game!

    Sounds like she possibly has that e-mail already associated with another PW game?

    We've tried 3 different emails and username combinations, nothing is working.

    I'm thinking it might be bugged or something?

    Create the account on your computer and see if that works. I assume you have access to 2 computers?

    Update: We were searching reddit and found an old thread there. Apparently if you go to the front page of the Neverwinter website and click on the big "Sign up" button there you get a completely different sign up sheet, which actually works!

    So it's confirmed, the PerfectWorld sign up is bugged and not working at all right now. You HAVE to sign up from the Neverwinter front page.
