I'm debating on Deep Gash from the destroyer tree. It says that, at 5 ranks, it does 15% of your power in damage over 5 seconds. Does that mean the total damage from the bleed is 15% of your power, so 150 at 1000 power, or is it 150 damage per second for five seconds, meaning 750 damage?
It's a pretty big difference between the two, but I feel that the 10% encounter damage buff off WMS is a better investment if it's 150 damage over five seconds.
If anyone knows for sure, let me know since I'd rather not pay six dollars for a respec.

It's 15% of power over 5 seconds. Not 15% of power per second for five seconds.
actually, it's quite handy, especially if you have high power, because then every crit=5 sec DoT, and the higher the power you have, the more dmg it does.

From what I can tell, it's a 15%/power total bleed damage. Even at 4k+ power it's 600 dmg over 5. It feels extremely underpowered for 5 points but the other options to carry you through that tree are pretty situational.
Another point to note is that is refreshes itself, so you can assume over the course of a boss encounter it's very likely to have 90%+ uptime so that's another angle to factor in.

You only pay $$ for a power respec, not feats - that can be done purely with diamonds
Needs to be a flat cost, but with double AD I'm hoping I can get one.
