Gear has no appearance.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just pure lazyness on the devs part, but the last few items ive gotten haven't had any appearance when i equip them. They just look like im not wearing anything. This is absolutely frustrating as one of the reasons I bought new gear in the first place was to change my look. I'm a level 58 GWF, my gear should not look like im wearing bandaids on my feet.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Yes, on my level 40 GWF, I've recently started equipping new gear around level 40 (because the appearance of these items finally isn't recycled from lower level gear). Both Braces and Boots, upon equipping show my character as wearing nothing, yet if I take off my chest armor, each of these items gives me a different chest armor appearance as I equip them (almost as if the images for these items were switched with chest pieces of a similar look).

    Very upsetting to finally have a new looking armor only to find out that my character will be completely naked. - For the record, I'm equipping Conqueror and Antagonist gear. Haven't tried Helm or Chest yet (those are both 42).
