Loosing items from the auction house in the mail.

last night I lost 3 out of 4 items I purchased off the auction house. I bought two identical daggers a pair of boots and gloves. but when I reached the mailbox there was only a single dagger and a few copies of "you have won" email spam with nothing in them.
I submitted a GM ticket but considering my ticket from last week still has not been answered im pretty sure im not going to get this resolved. just shy of 400,000 AD spent and I am not pleased.
