Stuck in pvp!!

Im Stuck in PVP, after i mistakenly close the map instance transfer box.

Character Name: Lady Tyr Alagondar
Server: Dragon Server
Level: 30

Ive tried sending some bug ticket but still no response... T_T please help~

    i just want to notify the admin or GM that the problem is solved base on the email ive recieved just now,

    but the following resolution sent are not available to do or disabled:

    Hello ,

    In most cases changing instances will resolve this type of issue. To Change Instance press "m" to open your map. Once open click on the "change instance" button. >> DISABLED

    If your character is still stuck, type /stuck or /kill me to return to the nearest spawn point in the chat window in-game. >> JUST TELEPORT YOU TO THE CURRENT SPAWN POINT ON PVP MAP

    Failing this, please log out, wait a few minutes, then log back in. >> TRIED THIS ONE BUT TO NO AVAIL!
