Mount and Pirate hat for Alpha testers, how to claim?

I see the Pirate Hat in the founders store, but I and all the other alpha testers who did certain content and played at certain times in the Alpha were also promised that Pirate hat. Also a mount we earned in the Alpha, although I expect now that is withdrawn since they want us to buy them instead.

However, it seems I have no way to claim the Pirate hat, and certainly not the Alpha Mount.. was it just a mistake?

Or is there new fine print made up somewhere about those earned things for our accounts not applying beyond Alpha.

We were certainly told upfront these were permanent unlocks for our accounts.

    Are there really no other Alpha testers around who want to know how to claim their Alpha earned rewards?

    whether you are a founder or not, you should be able to get the pirate hat from the founders agent. its not a founder exclusive npc, that's where all game key claims are done. as for the mount I have no idea about that one.

    Hey Rune - indeed if anyone is missing items from a promo or a founders pack there is a special NPC across from Knox. This Founder Vendor will allow you to reclaim items.

    That's what I'm saying though.

    I have been to this NPC, and my account is not flagged to receive anything at all, not one of the items I should be flagged as receiving for my service in the Alpha.

    I'd submit a ticket in-game or post in the support forums if you want a resolution to the issue.

    What do you mean alpha mounts? You mean those PCGamer-exclusive Stormraider and Pale horse?

    Nah...Alpha mounts were something else I think for Alpha testers to earn.
