Character slots

When will I be able to unlock more than 2 character slots? When I log in and mouse over the button to buy another, it tells me that my character isn't eligible.

    Get some Zen, and buy it via the ingame store. It will unlock the slots.

    Okay -- how much Zen is it? Again, when I mouse over it, it just says I'm unable to purchase it. When I mouse over the rename option it tells me how much it is, but the additional character slot button just says I'm unable.

    Believe its 500 Zen for 2 slots.

    Use the in-game store. Log in with a character and click 'Y'. It's under "services" and costs 500 Zen for 2 slots.

    Yeah, you have to actually log in with a character and go to the zen shop. It will not work from character select screen.

    Log into the game on any character you have.

    Click "Y" then go down to and click on "services"

    Find and click on "Character Slots" which costs 500 zen for 2 additional slots.
