Tab power cleric At-will astral seal doesn`t show up

More clerics with the same problem that at-will right mouse click astral seal works. But when I press tab for channel divinity my at-will right mouse click is gone no skill and cant assign astral seal. But when I go back to normal its back again tried everything nothing helps. Hope somebody knows a fix.
