I just purchased the Guardian Pack and I got all, but the 600,000 AD. How do I go about getting a reimbursement?

I believe you have to get to lvl 5 or 10 then you will get an email. If you are already past that you may have to visit the founders Agent in the Protectors Enclave. Check your map for his location.

I will get back into the game and try your suggestion. Since my character is level 35. Thank you for the help.

AD shoud be granted to your account. 600k AD pool is shared, you must "claim" them for your character. On top of your screen click diamond icon (it should be glowing), there you can claim as many as you want from the pool.
Founders Vendor is for items claiming only, not AD.
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

Zorpenn, thank you. I found them on the Zen icon at the top of the screen. All is well now.
