Based on CO, the sliders in the options menu are the max the game engine supports except for two things:
/visscale (basically this is the 'clutter' draw distance)
The max slider is 1, by typing in /visscale 2 you can push that back to double that amount.
/renderscale (basically the 'poor man's anti-aliasing command)
The max is 1, there's an option to turn it to 'low detail mode' somewhere in CO that brings it to 0.5, and you can type in what number you want (although past 2 it tends to just crash systems). This changes what resolution the game is rendered at.
So if you play at 1920x1080 and type in /renderscale 2 the game is now rendering at 3840x2160 and scaling it down to your monitor resolution automatically. It's nice for screenshots although it will absolutely kill your FPS.

I would like to know this as well Mate.
Want to know why Neverwinter is so laggy? Check out the "Latency" section in this thread.
So is trolling mate....
As for your question, OP, ....No clue! Since I'm usually happy with turning all the dials to the right in the options menu.
What better happen when Paladins are introduced someday...A glorious union it shall be.
and wait and wait and wait.
