I just reached level 20 on my GWF, and bought a basic horse for gold, before ever using a rental.
Now when I attempt to use the horse while its on my bar it says "You cannot use this power". I can use a rental horse without issue but the horse I spent gold on that is actually permanent is unusuable.

I have a permanent horse that I bought for 5gp at level 20. Funny thing was that i just got done using it and leveled up to 30, but when i was done leveling, i pressed "6" and then received the message. I thought maybe it would go away and unequipped/reequiped, and nothing. I tried logging out then back in and still nothing.
Help would be much appreciated.
Seems more and more players are experiencing this same issue. This has to do with Permament mounts, and NOT the temporary horses.
Please fix, I want my horse back and dont want to have to pay for another one, it took me a long time to get 5 gps.

and try to keep it bumped its a rare bug so it goes back a couple of pages fast. We don't want one of those bugs that's ignored for months.
You guys are lucky some of us have store mounts and can't even use them.
