100% GPU Usage after last patch.

After the last patch, the GPU is at 100% usage while ingame. Doesn't matter if I set lowest or highest settings.
Prior to this patch normal usage was 25-40% and up to about 75-80% in big group-fights.
Have tried both latest Nvidia-beta and whql driver, no change. Have tried changing settings in nvidia control panel too, no effect.

Asked in zone-chat ingame and several others confirmed similar experience.

    The game have always been intensive on hardware...even before this patch. My computer was actually overheating which never happen for any game at any setting so far (pretty recent machine). I throught at first it was the graphics (it was at high) so i turned them down. I figure it wasnt that since even at medium (its ugly) i can hear the fan working its *hat* off and the room is like 3 degree higher than the rest of the house ... Graphics are pretty but this does not warrant that kind of computing.
