Mail Bug

for the last two days my Mail icon keeps flashing and I stop check my mail in game and it says no new mail. Please fix this.

    I cannot send mail to my other character on the same account. I've tried username@handle and even @handle but every time the mail is only accessible to the character that sent it. Mail sent between characters should be accessible by all on the same account but this doesn't seem so. Can anyone help please, is it bugged or am I missing something ?

    I have had the same toon to toon mail issue. From reading several other posts, it would appear this is a bug and I hope it gets corrected. If not, there are lots of us who are out items, astral diamonds, and coin. If anyone finds an answer or a fix, please post it for the rest of us.
