Purchased Guardian Pack Today But Armoured Horse Mount Didn't Unlock

Hi Guy's

As per the thread title I purchased the guardian pack today and for whatever reason the Armoured Horse Mount didn't seem to unlock for me. I received all the other items that were included with the pack upon taking the mail to the Postal Courier & was successfully able to transfer over the Astral Diamonds.

So yeah basically just looking for a little advice I tried checking with the mount merchant, there was space in my inventory at the time of collection and I sent a GM help ticket in-game but since the shard is going down and I'm a slightly impatient person when it comes to things like this I just thought I'd make a post here to see if anyone else has had the same problem, knows how I can resolve it or point me in the direction of the correct place to ask if this isn't it.

    are you level 20 ?
    and did you go to the founder vendor ? he is on page 4 for me .

    I'm level 27 and no this is the first I've heard of the Founder Vendor so I guess you might be onto something there!

    Try to visit the Founders Vendor across from Knox. There is a reclaim feature for Founder items.

    i dont know how it works for you guys but i just got all the things with founder pack from mail
    so i just went to the post station vendor thing or what ever it is next to the AH and got them all mount pet all of it
    hope this helps :)

    Yep got mine through mail too.
    On a different note, Nobody can write but we sure can type!

    Hmmm yeah this what I expected to happen Wimbfin it's strange why I received everything except for the mount...

    Maybe they're fresh out of Horses heh!

    When you loot the mount from the giftbox in the mail it automatically equips straight to your mount slot (the '6' hotkey by default). Are you sure this isn't what happened? It confused me at first as well since the horse never showed up in my inventory... then I noticed the new icon next to my hotbar.

    Hmmm I did check mounts tab (bottom tab in the inventory screen) and there wasn't anything showing up there but must admit I never looked at the hotkeys/hotbar I wonder if that's where it's hiding....

    Shard still down so I can't check right at this minute but thanks for the tip.
