Hey, I've been doing a lot of dungeons/skirmishes and been running into problems with them, I'll start with the major issues and work down to the minor issues and I'll add more as I remember/see them.
Queuing: The inability to queue with friends who are only slightly lower/higher level than you is crazy obnoxious, the difference in level should be increased to a 10 level difference for every dungeon/skirmish to prevent people from speed running their friends, but still allow friends to queue together.
Storming the Keep's last boss takes way too long to kill for the level it's designed for, his max hp needs to at least be halved. It's not a fun fight at all, I basically fall asleep during it every time from the boredom.
Garrundar the Vile doesn't drop any loot a huge majority of the time, for such a long fight people should be rewarded every time.
The last fight of Lair of the Mad Dragon needs a rework or changed to be designed for higher level characters, this fight feels so out of place for a lvl 30 dungeon. I enjoy a challenge, but I don't like the challenge being trying to find competent party members who are only lvl 30.
Wolf Den's last fight could use a rework as well, (a little easier)
Though both Wolf Den and Lair of the Mad Dragon could be fixed if you could actually queue for them longer. (Which goes back to the first major problem)
"Queuing: The inability to queue with friends who are only slightly lower/higher level than you is crazy obnoxious, the difference in level should be increased to a 10 level difference for every dungeon/skirmish to prevent people from speed running their friends, but still allow friends to queue together. I personally think this is fair. If you queue with friend then other party members may not like it if friend is so below the dungeon that friend is a mere leecher no matter how try hard friend is. If friend is too high level on the other hand then dungeon is too easy and whole party is chill and leechy, so I do not think this is fair. Oh and I do not 'think' it is level difference between you and friend that does not allow you to queue, but the level difference of either you OR friend that is too low or high to queue for that dungeon. Lets say you can queue for dungeon A, but friend too low or high level to queue for it, then as a party of 2 you can not queue for dungeon A; make sense? This helps keep the level range of party and difficulty of dungeon fairly stable.
On a side note, since I am not allowed to start my own thread yet (since I be no*by) I want to add a few other bugs that I am able to recall atm, if I may.
misc- maybe it is just me, but I can no finish the get information of the well known harper quest but I will tinker with it later.
For the Lair of the Mad Dragon my party found this bug for the pillar you knock down after then 2nd boss. I have not tried repeating this but if you wait too long you can no longer walk up the collapsed pillar. Later it stands back up again, but you can no longer knock it down. Both scenarios prevents the party from continuing on any further assuming they do not intend to leave anyone behind (and assuming player left down there is not a rogue; rogue can deft strike to any allies who made it up).

I had just finished Wolf Den with a good tank, made friends with him, we only had a 2 level difference, I leveled up at the end. We couldn't queue for the same Skirmish.... due to a 2 level difference. You can't tell me that's not insane.
I don't mind not being able to queue for dungeons too high for you, but not being able to queue for lower level dungeons/skirmishes if you're only a few levels higher than it's recommended level should be removed.
The allowed gap in level is just too small right now to allow for friends to do dungeons and skirmishes together.
Even a simple system of just allowing you to queue for 2 different skirmishes and dungeons could be put in place, always allowing you to do the lower level skirmish or dungeon you "just" became too high level for.
For example: For the entire time you can queue for Cragmire you'll still be able to queue for Cloak Tower, but as soon as you unlock Lair of the Mad Dragon you can only queue for Cragmire and Lair.

I think you 'should' be able to queue in as party Assuming you both can queue for that dungeon solo. If Either of you is too high/low level and do not have that dungeon queue available then you probably can not queue that dungeon as a party. I 'think' that as long as both of you are within the level range to queue for that same dungeon solo then you can queue up for it as a party too. I am not sure what the level gap are for each dungeon; however, so I can not agree or disagree if the level gap is too small.

How you get idea that Lair of the Mad dragon is for lvl30?
PS its lvl34 dungeon and its written in description(you can press L or K for queue, on Home tab its 100%, not sure about other tab)
