Daily skirmish issue - anybody else having the same problem?

Pick up the mission from Rhix.

Do three appropriate level daily skirmishes. Check the journal and it has "3/3" complete. Return to Rhix, and he won't talk to you about the mission or allow mission completion.

It's been like this, for me, for a few days now. Is anybody else suffering from this, or know how to fix it / get round it?

    had it happen yesterday, i don't have a solution.

    Just a thought, but was the 'Foundry' event active when you tried to turn the quest in? Cause I've noticed, if I do skirmishes when the event isn't active, then I get no reward, maybe it's the same for the Foundry missions.
