Is it normal that i cant pick daily skirmish quests in level 60?

Greetings.I reached level 60 2 days ago.Since then when i click "L" and go to daily quests i don't see any available skirmish quests to pick.I tried and finished a skirmish map inside the skirmish event deadline(without having a quest for skirmish) just to check if i will be rewarded with rough astral diamonds.I didn't get any diamonds.
The question is,am i doing something wrong or is it a bug?

    Its a trap. You cant do any daily quest in max lvl because they are not implemented yet. I mean the ones you need to do in this level.

    Is level 60 fun? I mean is their stuff to do?

    12 epic dungeons and the battle for less AFK players in PvP.
