End Game Armor Choices.

As I do abit of research in my downtime about the CW class to make my CW all about the AoE and make him just peachy for PvE. I wonder what kind of armor at End Game I should be looking forward to.
Now I know the AD Vendor has two pieces of armor that have snazzy stats and then I look at the PVP Armor and think "That can be useful too." I have no idea what kind of armor for CW is in stock for me later on but maybe you can help me?
I'm wondering if its wiser to stock up on ADs to put towards the Armor she has or should I just focus on farming equipment via dungeons and hope for rare drops, or perhaps I should just bite the bullet and get the PVP armor?
