Is there a bag store somewhere ?

I find myself spending half my time in this game doing bag management and finding vendors between every dungeon or quest to empty out all the junk I need to sell to get some frikin gold. Where the hell is there a bag vendor? I will gladly spend real money to open up more bag slots if I could find some bags to put there.

    You can get 2 bags from questing. First around lvl 8, second one around lvl 35. You can albo buy 24 sloty bag from Zen Store for real money.
    Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

    On early in blacklake district, and second one at the end of graveyard quest chain.

    No craftable bags or AD bags anywhere?
