no chest at the end of a dungeon?

hello,

I don't know if i have missed some info but it is the third dungeon that after beating the boss the chest just doesn't open, there is nothing.
Is it intended? maybe the chest opens only for the 1 hours event dungeons?
it is a bit frustrating to say the least not to have a reward after those boss fights.

    From what I have experienced the chest will only open during the events. So when you zone into a dungeon and you see "Chest is Available" on the top right of the screen you will get one.
