Can't enter dungeon

I queued a friend and I for a dungeon and we didn't get teleported in. I've looked around in the interface for a way to enter, but haven't found one. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Not with dungeon, but if I try to join a pvp match I don't get teleported in.
    It just happened to me and I am not sure where to report this issue.

    Same thing happening to me (pvp match).
    I don't get teleported the the instance and I can't leave the group unless I exit the game and log back in.
