Queue up system slow [HELP]

Is this normal or just me
I had times where i was waiting for 1 hour and still nothing
Is there a way to speed it up to find a group?
Playing on the DRAGON server

    40mins so far for me, -cleric, lol.. a problem with the system doesnt seem hard to believe
