Just wanted to know if I am the only one seeing this.
Im a lvl 60 TR and notice that my stealth bar has been degrading when I get hit by dmg, now I know that is the case and I'm cool with it when its active but what I am talking about is when stealth is not active.
if this is happening to every one then we are the only class where this happens and I don't think its really fair seeing as we are squishy as hell and this is our real dmg evasion, it takes long enough to refill as it is.
Any way would like some real feedback on it, don't need any nerf TR cry babies plz, your usually not even lvl 60 any way ....

I think that's how they balance rogues out in PvP. As for PvE you should consider to not tank the mobs (group play).
Other than that I would recommend Shadow Strike which refills your stealth bar as we got other skills that refills your stealth back during stealth mode.

Well, I just got stealth yesterday and it is exactly how I understood the mechanic. In other games, you can't stealth beeing in combat. In this game, you can, but if you are hit, it decreases the bar and you can't. So, you can in combat, if you manage to not get hit.
from my experience (lv48 TR), i've noticed that my stealth bar only decreases on hit when its trying to refill, if the bar is full then dmg doesn't affect it. Another important note, even in combat as long as i'm not getting hit my at-wills seem to refill the bar quickly, anyone else experience this?

It also decreases when you are in stealth and you get hit...that's why we got Tenacious concealment.

What I thought too. I was surprised that I could go stealth in combat. There has to be a counter attack for this otherwise targets would drop all over the place.

yeah the issue is shadow strike fills it then u get hit aoe or not and its not active any more ....
as far as tanking they need to up the threat on GW and GWF if its going to be like that , stealth is how i drop the agro.
Im sitting at 9200+ gear rating and as yet haven't had a GW or GWF that could hold it. so im just lost as what to do if I dont have a stealth to drop the boss off me.

I've got all three ranks of Tenacious Concealment and use it, but I also always wondered how often we DO get hit ~while~ in Stealth... some monsters flail about and if you're careless they can hit you and there are always AoEs (which are especially hard to see when Lurker's Assault is running) but for the most part being in stealth PREVENTS me taking a lot of damage. If the other passives were any better, I'd think about swapping it out.

You 2 have missed what I am saying.
It is how it is ment to be as far as being hit while stealthed in combat drops teh stealth time, I know this, that is balanced. What is not is the fact that when I am out of stealth and the stealth is recharging if I get hit the bar decreases, this is when I have not activated it.
To make it easier think of the clerics divinity , it goes down when they use it but it doesn't go down just because they got hit.
The guardian doesn't lose shield block unless they are blocking.
Now what I am seeing as an issue is that a TR does lose it's ability when not using it, when you combine this with the huge agro we generate at high end we need the stealth to drop agro so that we are not tanking the mobs/boss, not to mention a lot of our dmg comes from leaving stealth , cant do that if you cant get into it in the first place.
as far as its that way to stop bodies dropping all over the place, it has a cool down any way its not like I can do it at will, yes there are abilities to make it up again but you have to sacrifice other abilities to get that. Just seems like it should derease if damaged while using it but not if you are not using it.
