Zone chat - 5s delay

I think it's high time that a 5s delay is put forth on zone chat, not only will this slow down the gold sellers but also the many players who are spamming the same lines 2-3 times in a row.

    Naw let them spam all at once makes it a lot easier for me to ignore them.

    I think an easier fix is simply to allow zone chat to be turned off and create chat channels for LFG and Trade. This segregates the different types of chat and allows you to filter what you want/need.

    As we all know, people won't ever use trade channels for trades... all mmo creators know that by now, the best action against spam is to restrict the possibility of spam.
