I transferred Zen to Neverwinter when servers down ? is my zen lost now ?

Hey guys , I transferred my zen to Neverwinter when i saw launcher is working. However i noticed servers are down. So what happened to my zen now ?

    Edit: Honestly, I don't know >.> Fingers crossed though.
    I bought Zen when the servers just started crashing, banks says they're waiting on the merchant :\

    read bug zen topics ppl posted what to do in them if ur stuck without getting zen.

    trying to get refounded can apparently get you banned, so be nice and send in a support ticket, so they can investigate and correct the error.

    Lesson for next time: Don't buy any more zen until you see the bug forum area is empty of people with zen buy issues.
    Not worth the wait and potentially losing money in my opinion.
