A little feedback would be swell

I fully understand that we are in beta, I expect downtime. What i would appreciate a little info on when we are heading for some down time and a ballpark on the resumption of service. Not all of us are playing for free after all.

This downtime was unscheduled, which makes it impossible for them to give info ahead of it, and difficult to predict when service will resume.

I would also like feedback. I expected a fair amount of down town the first couple of weeks, but I would really like an update of estimated down time. Even if you say an hour then post 30 mins later saying it will be two more hours, that is still better than nothing. Instead every so often i click logon and see if it works then go mess around with something else for a little while, then try again. A little more info from you guys on this unexpected/unscheduled down time would be nice.

Depending on what the issue is they should be able to give a rough time figure. If its unknown and is going to take some time to dig into the problem again they can say that and say at least an hour then update as they have a better idea.
