Zen Market Broken?

So the Wife and I decided to spend a few dollars to purchase some keys. Her transaction went through, and the bank statement the transaction as "processed". However, she has not received the zen that she purchased. Also, I tried for over an hour to get my transaction to go through, yet each time I tried to submit payment I would receive a message stating that "an error has occurred on the page"

My question is this: Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue on the Zen Market? I'm a little upset that my wife has not received her Zen for the transaction, and even more upset that I cannot spend my money in the market! Whats going on!

    Same here I payed for 2000 zen 12 hours ago and didnt get anything but a email saying they have our money...

    Go to My Account > My Wallet
    Use drop down to select Neverwinter, then continue on until you have the right account you want the zen on.
