I've tried quite a few times to call the company today (which was a chore in itself, since you can't seem to find their contact number until you receive a confirmation email AFTER making a purchase) and all I've managed to get is a message asking me to please hold because all reps are busy. After holding for 1-45 seconds (results may vary), the line rings a few times before another message giving the business hours and that if I'm getting this message all reps are busy (pretty sure you already covered that) and to call back. Then it forces a hangup.
So has anyone been able to get through today? Is this a normal thing for this company, or just a busy time of the year? I enjoy the game and I'm not trying to thrash the company (I'm pretty patient and my Zen market purchase to acquire extra character slots went off without a hitch). However, between the inability to find direct contact info, a less than stellar BBB rating and feeling like I'm being forced to a 3-4 day response time (with my money on the line) I figured it would be worth asking folks that have dealt with them in the past or currently before I decide on asking for a refund or investing my valuable time into this game (which I would really like to do since I've enjoyed it so far).
Note: I admittedly could have missed the phone number listed somewhere else, so if anyone else knows where to find it...please feel free to let me know for future reference or for the communities sake. All of the threads from Perfect World on contacting them seem to simply tell you to go through the forums to handle it electronically.

I'm having the same issue with contacting a Hamm being from Perfect world.

I've been calling nonstop since they opened. 14 times to be exact. I wait through every hold message until booted and call again. So yeah...
I don't believe that they actually have a billing department to call, which i think is the point. They want all users to funnel through the electronic system they've put in place. It's kinda fun though trying to pick up the pattern that the auto-answering system uses though after the 100th+ call. I'm starting to understand why the BBB has them listed with a F grade (I didn't even know that was possible...). I feel bad for cryptic, since they made a really great game (again) and I'm sure this is costing them their hard work.
