Xp penalty, differences in lvls in party

Here is a trick question. I can't find an answer to it on wiki or forums so here we are.

I'm lvl 40. My friend is lvl 20.

When we team up to do storyline quests he doesnt get any xp from monsters if i kill them.

1. What is the lvl difference when he will get xp?

2. Does the penalty go into foundry as well?

3. What happens when we enter a foundry quest? Monster lvl will be 40 or 20?

    Dont know about normal quests, but if you enter foundry monsters will be 40 lvl.
    Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
