Every time I access gateway, it comes up as a "new" computer, and I get asked to get the code from email and verify. Luckily, I get the codes (via gmail), but it's an issue having to get this each and every time - the "save browser" either with default name or user provided name doesn't seem to work.
It could be that it's down to IP address, but I doubt it, since I am connected 24x7

the "save browser" option will set a cookie in your browser to identify it the next time you log in. If you are not allowing cookies / delete cookies or if you are browsing in incognito mode, it will fail.

I also get a new request often (not every log in, but often), and I do click the remember me.
I believe my issue is I'm on a dynamic IP, (if I log in and my old IP is not the fastest connection available, my modem switches to the fastest IP available... so technically, I'm on a different IP, from time to time, and even though I selected for it to remember me, the IP is not the same, so it wants me to verify I'm really me, and not someone that ran off with my hard drive)
__________
this irritates me, but I'm okay with it, at least it's doing it's job to make sure I'm me.

I have the same problem. I wrote support and they have so far had no idea how to help me. First they tried to teach me how to log in. Then they read my question but sent me an answer for Star Trek Online involving turning off Account Guard - not possible for Neverwinter, though apparently it is for other games.
I don't have this problem with other games that register my PC.

My Internet Explorer does this but Firefox has no problems remembering the info. I only use IE when my professions in the Gateway on Firefox get 'stuck'. Logging into it on IE more times than not shakes it lose and fixes the glitch. They're fixing that today, supposedly, so maybe there will be no more need to use IE at all.

interesting. I'll test with Chrome. Thanks for the responses so far. Fir those that have similar issues, probably helpful to verify OS and version of browser you are using, in case it turns out to be something specific to a common piece of software.

Support had told me to disable Account Guard. You may or may not want to do that, but I couldn't even figure out how to get to the option. I finally figured out a way to do it, taking what support gave me and figuring out what they had not mentioned.
1. Go to this Star Trek Online page: http://sto.perfectworld.com/ (Yes, even if you don't play that game; I don't)
2. Click on the My Account link on the top-right.
3. This "My Account" page, unlike other ones, has an extra option under your "PROFILE" section, called Account Guard. Click on the Account Guard link.
4. Log in, using the same login you would use for Neverwinter
5. You will see a long list of all the stored computers it has. In my case, it had the same IP address listed many times.
6. You can delete them all.
7. You can disable and enable Account Guard, though it may not like re-enabling.
The process above should prevent logging in from triggering the e-mail process. But, you may be locked out of Account Guard, which isn't good. This is still an issue/bug for the devs to figure out.
